About the Blog

I’ve been a flight attendant for the past four years and some of the people and things I’ve seen you wouldn’t believe. I’ve caught myself on various occasions re-telling my friends and family stories of what happens on the plane and at work only to think later “this should be in a book.”

Well for the time being, I’ve chosen the less expensive route and started this blog instead. You never know though, it could be a book some day.

The name  “UpUp&AGay” comes from my very good friend Sebastian. He came up with the name during a brainstorming session when I decided to start blogging. It’s a catchy name that attracts people ready to read something fun and different and that’s what I want.

I hope you enjoy the stories and thoughts I post here. I dedicate a lot of time to updating the blog and ensuring that the content I post here is interesting and informative yet fun and refreshing.
